Every
organisation needs introspection. The organisation has a role to play and a
goal to achieve; the organisation must assess the reason for its existence and
what stops it from achieving its goal. It is true that nothing is perfect, but

wants to reduce the loss from the accumulation of his slow moving stock in his
inventory, that is achievable. So, the detailed analysis of the deliverables is the first requirement.
